Equalization is a Mechanical mouvement: It can be learned !

Only 1 rule : Don't give up

This workshop is specially designed for  the freedivers who are struggeling with equalization head down or who would like to tune up and master the Frenzel technique (or get rid of the useless Valsalva method)

This one-day, two-sessions workshop will be customized to your needs to improve your equalization technique and comfortably increase your depth.

During this workshop, we don't guaranty that you will be able to master the Frenzel in only 2 sessions, but you will be able to understand what is limiting you and how you can solve it.

Minimum Performances requirements:

no requirement needed to complete the level.

Course format

1 day, breaks into :

You will start first with some theory, so you can understand what are the organs involved in the equalization. You will also practice some dry equalization exercises with and without the use of an equalization tool.

The objective is to identify your equalization problem(s) and work on a solution and bring you a higher awareness of the muscle groups used for the Frenzel equalization technique.

Understanding the basic physiology is the first step of the solution.

Then you will have an open water session and will practice what you learned during the dry sessions and see if you are able to perform better equalizations.

Prerequisites:

Be an AIDA level 1 freediver or equivalent level
