As the first rule in freediving is : Never freedive alone, we understand that sometimes freediver just need a buddy to do some training or fun freedives. In a training session a freedive instructor is present and will provide you reliable safety, supervision and set up.

About The Event

DYNAMIC APNEA TRAINING - 2 hours

Meeting place and time:

Place: South island school swimming pool, 50 Nam Fung Road, Deep Water Bay, Hong Kong

Time: 8:00 pm by the inside pool - Session start at 8:00 pm sharp, so please allow enough time in the changing room to get change prior to 8:00 pm.

The pool is 25m length. The water temperature is around 25 degres, so it is recommended to wear a rashguard or a wetsuit.

TRAINING

  • * for Freediving Planet Member: 200 HKD / person / session
  • * for non member: 290 HKD / person / session

Please bring your own equipment, wetsuit , mask, stop watch (waterproof is better), fins, snorkel, weights and weight belt - if you need to rent, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for you. Extra fees for equipment rental will apply as per follow:

  • - Mask and Snorkel: 30 hkd
  • - Wetsuit: 50 hkd
  • - Fins: 60 hkd
  • - Rubber Weight belt: 35 hkd
  • - Weight : Free of charge

Minimum participants : 4- if less than 4 participants, the session will be cancelled and refund will be made
