Our Instructor Course complies with (or exceeds) AIDA, Molchanovs and PADI Freediver Standards. At Freediving Planet Moalboal, you can be an Instructor certified under several agencies with just 3 extra-days after the Instructor Course.
We are the only Freediving Center in the Philippines to offer AIDA Judge course. Jean-Pol FRANCOIS is an International AIDA Judge Instructor, with a huge experience in judging National and International competitions, World Champs and World Cups, and was also judge for more than 20 World Records.

Equalisation workshop
Master the Frenzel Equalization

Service Description
1-day workshop --- Includes: 1 Theory Session, 1 Open Water Session Exclude: Equipment rental --- Muscular Training: Flexibility and Control, Cleansing Techniques of the Breathing Apparatus, Introduction of Frenzel Technique, Exercises to train Frenzel Technique. You will learn a set of dry-training exercises to work with on a daily basis. The exercises will enable you to master the Frenzel Technique and lead to a great improvement in your ease and efficiency of equalization. This is not a specialized workshop to introduce and master the Mouth-fill. The use of an Equalization Tool is required during the workshop. --- A lunch break - 1,5 to 2hrs - will be scheduled every day during this course --- To confirm your booking, a PHP 2,000 deposit is required.
