🌊 Molchanovs W4I – Instructor Reach the pinnacle of freediving education with the Molchanovs Wave 4 Instructor Course. As a Wave 4 Instructor, you are qualified to teach students up to Wave 4 level – the highest level of the Molchanovs education system. This program is specifically designed for competitive freedivers aiming to push their limits, and it develops your ability to mentor highly advanced athletes, refine elite pool and depth performances, and ensure the highest standards of safety, coaching, and professionalism. ✅ Requirements Pool Performance DNF: Female 90m (295ft) ; Male 110m (361ft) DYNB: Female 105m (344ft) ; Male 120m (394ft) DYN (monofin): Female 120m (393ft) ; Male 140m (459ft) STA: Female 4’45” ; Male 5’00” Open Water Performance CNF: Female 40m (131ft) ; Male 50m (164ft) CWTB: Female 53m (174ft) ; Male 60m (197ft) CWT (monofin): Female 60m (197ft) ; Male 65m (213ft) FIM: Female 50m (164ft) ; Male 65m (213ft) Rescue: 35m (115ft) + 50m (164ft) surface tow Theory & Teaching Prerequisites Active Wave 3 / Lap 3 Instructor (or equivalent from another agency) At least 1 year teaching experience as W3I (or equivalent) Minimum 100 certifications, including at least 10 W2 and 10 W3 (or equivalent) ⏳ Duration Minimum 4 days (depending on candidate progress and conditions) Note: If a candidate cannot meet all requirements within 3 days, additional sessions will be provided at a cost of ₱3,500 per session.
